Wayne Smith Real Estate prioritises maintenance work that poses a health and safety risk to tenants or where there is a risk of further damage to the property.
Please Note: Property managers can only act on urgent repairs in an emergency situation if the property owner is unreachable. However; Property management is not authorised to arrange non-urgent repairs without owner approval.

Wayne Smith Real Estate operates usual business hours of 9:00AM – 5:00PM Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
After hours maintenance is very expensive and we need to advise that if you use this service and the problem is deemed to be non-urgent, you may be charged the call out fee for this service.
